Henchman Twenty One of One.
OUT OF CHARACTER
★ Backtagging: I am completely back tag friendly.
★ Threadhopping: 100% fine, as long as all parties are fine with it.
★ Fourthwalling: He's a nerd from the Venture Bros, it's fine.
★ Offensive subjects: None. I am hard to offend.
★ Shipping: Look, I'll ship nearly anything if it organically progresses, and Gary tends to crush on people older than him.

★ Hugging this character: Depends on who it is, he's totally willing to hug some people and even offers. Otherwise, he will push them away.
★ Kissing this character: It all depends really.
★ Flirting with this character: Oh god, please do. He would be so flustered, or it would go over his head.
★ Fighting with this character: As a henchman, he's mostly always ready to go. At least since 24 died.
★ Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Absolutely fine.
★ Killing this character: I guess, if you want, but let me know first.
★ Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, knock yourself out, but just know there's the voice of his dead friend and some PTSD he's trying to ignore.
★ Kissing this character: It all depends really.

ASSUMPTIONS
★ Weight: Gary used to get teased about his weight, and still does sometimes. Even though he has gotten himself in shape, he will always be a big dude. He is still self-conscious of his weight and glares anytime someone makes a jab at him about it. The Monarch gets a pass here. As with most things.
★ Nerd: He is one of the biggest nerds of the series and can toss out obscure comic references, and old movie and TV show quotes. He can also often be found in his Obi Wan robes. (and seems to wear the cloak as a bathrobe around the Monarch's Jersey Mansion. So, lots of random pop culture facts will come up.
★ Henchman 24 was his best friend and most likely the Henchman who took 21 under his wing when he first joined the fluttering horde at 15 after his kidnapping. They were nearly inseparable, They typically hid from battle together and would make commentary about everything around them. It was the death of 24 that forced Gary to grow up and start on his path of self-improvement to become the best henchmen he could, so that he could keep the other's safe. Though even to this day, he still hears 24's voice in his head. He tries not to answer it out loud around others, but that doesn't always work.
★ The Job: For years 21 has been the Monarch's best henchman, even before 24's death there were comments that the duo were unkillable. Afterwords, he took the job very seriously and will follow his boss into battle even when he disagrees, and might try to talk him out of some plans. He is very willing to die for his bosses, both the Monarch and Dr. Mrs. The Monarch.
★ Morally Gray: While he loves being a Henchman and working under the Monarch, he has also worked with the Ventures and Sphinx. Gary will often help the heroes, and even talked the Monarch into reclaiming his birthright as the Blue Morpho. He does not enjoy killing, and it has an impact, but he can walk both the hero and villain route. Preferring to go the villain route to help his best friend with his hated for Dr. Venture.
