Uh, yeah? Pretty popular again after Critical Roll, and other podcasts like that. Didn't you know?

Well like what is it? It's a board game or something, right?

No, though that would be kinda cool. We all sit at a table and use the rules to make characters that we all play with rolls of the dice while one person pushes the story along. It's totally fun, and that's as simple as I can really explain it.

Sounds like playing pretend with extra steps.

[ On the one hand, she has experience sitting next to someone for hours while not allowed to participate other than to smile pretty. On the other, those times sucked a lot! She is curious about the stuff he's into, but like. Maybe she can bring a book or something for when her mind starts to wander.

She would, however, absolutely dominate a LARP event. ]

[ It almost sounded lame that way, but he loved it too much to hate on it. The horror would be more her being invited to play than to sit and watch. At least a book might help.

In fairness, though, Gary would absolutely go to any hobbies she had even if he got bored, he could take his switch.

She is SO getting invited to LARP one day. ]

So what's the story that you play?

[ That's right, Gary. A beautiful woman just introduced you to phone sex and now wants to hear all about your D&D campaign. This might all be a dream. Maybe this is a last hallucination of a dying brain. Quick, check if you're dead! ]

[ This right here, this made him flutter patted all over again. His super hot, way to good for him girlfriend asking about his dork stuff without making fun of him? THE best. Had Brock killed him and he didn't realize it? Or maybe he's fully gone mad. ]

Kinda basic, but we're totally a team of adventures seeking out a lost treasure, with a lot of fights and mysteries along the way. This story has been going on about six months?

Sometimes the gals go clubbing after. Is that a scene you're into?

Depends on the kind of club, really. Some of the concerts I go to are in small clubs. But you don't have to invite me to that part if it's something you do as a group. I don't want to impose.
